Accredited Mental Health Social Worker

Jacqui

Jacqui Rae is a Accredited Mental Health Social Worker. She has been a Social Worker for 7 years and working in welfare for closer to 14 years. She came to Social Work from Education and Health because she didn’t feel she could support young people in that model. She then worked in a range of clinical and case management roles where she was able to support children and families beyond school. Jacqui has worked primarily with children and their families to optimise mental health. Jacqui's aim is to assist you to live a life that is connected, contained and informed by best practice. She makes it her job to understand what makes you thrive; even when traumatic things might have taken place and form a treatment plan with you that helps ease unnecessary inordinate suffering.
